I’m Kayla Young- the owner of Moody Bleu Photography. My interest in photography sparked when I got my first camera on my 15th birthday. I discovered my passion for photography during my freshman year of college which blossomed into establishing my own photography business 8 years ago + I’ve adored every second of it!! Since then I have traveled to Italy, Hawaii, Iceland, and so many more destinations. My vibe is moody, bold, and fun. I have captured over 50+ weddings and elopements and treat everyone like it’s my own. I want you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and trusting in me to capture your day as it unfolds.

are everything to me. From getting dressed up and going dancing, to hitting at the batting cages. You can almost always find me having the time of my life with my girls.

You'll never find store-bought desserts in my house. All the ones on the counter and in the freezer, I made all by myself (probably while sipping on Aperol Spritz) . Just call me Betty Crocker bitch.
